WeSay — make the room part of the story

Questions

Do participants need an account?

No. They join with a six-digit code or QR code—no download and no sign-up.

How many people can join?

Up to 75 people per session on the free plan, and as many as you like on Pro, from a small workshop to a full lecture hall. Planning a big event? Do a quick practice run with a few colleagues beforehand so you walk in confident.

Is WeSay free?

Yes. The free plan includes every question type, quizzes, Q&A and reports, for up to 75 people per session and 5 presentations. Pro (US$15 a month, less if you pay for a year) removes those limits and adds AI summaries, your own branding and the API. It only renews automatically if you choose that, and you can turn it off any time.

Can I export the results?

Yes. After your session, download every answer as a spreadsheet, or print a tidy report to share.

Which question types are included?

Multiple choice, quizzes (pick an answer or type it), word clouds, ratings, open text, ranking, labelled scales, 100-point allocation, image choice, pin-on-image, Guess the Number and 2×2 grids, plus slides with text, pictures, video or a web page.

What makes WeSay different?

It reads the room, not just the votes. Your audience can quietly tell you when you have lost them, you can ask a question twice and see who changed their mind, people can say how sure they are or guess what everyone else thinks, and everyone leaves with a personal recap.

Can I use WeSay from ChatGPT or Claude?

Yes, on Pro. Connect WeSay to Claude, ChatGPT or another AI assistant and ask it to draft a presentation, open a survey or summarise what your audience said. Developers can use the same features through the WeSay API.

What data do you collect?

From your audience, almost nothing: they never give us a name or email, so their answers stay anonymous. If someone chooses a nickname, it appears on a quiz leaderboard, and the presenter may see it next to the closest guess on a “guess the room” question. Their phone keeps a private recap for 14 days.
